Analytics was showing a significant drop off when users were being pushed to select a specific train journey to book. The legacy website experience wasn’t providing sufficiently inspiring, or digestible information to reassure users before asking them to commit to a sizeable and uniquely special purchase.
Our ten week project aimed to:
1. Elevate the VSOE brand and inspire desire through passionate storytelling and design.
2. Increase conversion by providing compelling information and a friction free booking flow.
